1. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email), the supervision and clinical-hours records you log, the documents you upload, and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) needed to operate the service.

2. No PHI

Clocked & Supervised is not a medical record system. You agree not to enter Protected Health Information (PHI). Use client initials or case numbers only. We are not a HIPAA Business Associate.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide the service: store your supervision log, generate reports, send in-app reminders, and process payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train AI models. If AI-assisted features are introduced in the future, they will be opt-in and disclosed here before launch.

4. Sharing

Records are visible to you and to the supervisor or intern you have explicitly linked your account with. We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payments) under contract, and when required by law.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security so users only see records they own or are explicitly granted access to.

6. Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your records within 30 days, except where we are required to retain them.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar local-storage entries to operate the service:

  • Essential cookies — required to keep you signed in, remember your cookie-consent choice, and protect your session. These are always on and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies (optional) — only set if you click Accept all in our cookie banner. They help us understand which features are used so we can improve the product. We do not use them for advertising or sell the data.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser site data for clockedandsupervised.com — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
