About Clocked & Supervised

Who's behind this

Clocked & Supervised was built by a Licensed Qualified Supervisor practicing in South Florida. After efforts to track interns with spreadsheets, scanned forms, and hand-tallied hour logs, it became clear the process needed something purpose-built something that respects how busy supervisors and interns actually work, and that produces records clean enough to hand to a state board.

Why it exists

Registered and Associate Interns are putting in thousands of hours toward licensure. Their supervisors are responsible for documenting it accurately every session, every direct/indirect hour, every milestone. The tools that exist either bury this inside a full EHR (and the cost that goes with it) or leave you stitching it together by hand.

What we believe

• Supervision deserves better infrastructure. Documentation should make the work easier, not harder.
• Privacy by design. No PHI lives on this platform. Use client initials or case numbers only.
• Records that hold up. Every hour, session, and milestone should be captured in a format your state board will accept without rework.
• Boards-first formatting. Every report is built to be printed and submitted, not just viewed on screen.
